#7 = Skhi Patrinus
Name – Dr. Skhi Patrinus
User Name - Wordslikeknives
Gender - Male
Age - At the time of this about 36.
Height – 5’11”
Weight – 149 ibs.
Race - Created from Asian cells but due to American weather conditions he has a rather dark complexion.
Game - The War of the Supers: The Superpowers That Chose to End the World
Physical Description - His hair reaches to the top of his eyebrow and is somewhat ruffled. Due to specialized genetics his eyes came out sky blue, hence the name Skhi. Usually his nose and mouth aren’t visible due to a mask covering his face that protects him from common poisons. As well as 4 oxygen capsules hidden near his mouth, that when ingested correctly gives a person 20 minutes of common breathing per capsule. A bandoleer reaches across his chest carrying individual specialized shells for his modified Revolver. Another strap goes off of the center of the bandoleer carrying the Desert Eagle in a holster attached to it. His clothes are more of a Japanese based style, with futuristic weapons along with it. His clothes are black, his pants are baggy and his shirt loose.
Weapons – Skhi is equipped with a wide array of weapons based on different martial arts and gun styles he has picked up over the years.
- 2 bulletproof gauntlets including gloves (bulletproof as well)
- A six-shooter revolver with a scope attached to the top. The revolver was created with new technology with almost exact accuracy at extremely long distances as well as a built in silencer. Special individual shells can be placed into the gun that do different things. One is a shell designed with liquid nitrogen and water separated designed to freeze on impact. Another has special pressure sensitivity with gunpowder in the center less than half a second after impact the bullet explodes; it’s rather loud though. The last one is wired with electricity designed to either paralyze a human being or destroy a computer system.
- 1 9mm Berretta silenced as well, with a tranquilizer transformation that is detachable
- Throwing knives hidden under the gauntlets
- Knife that can be best described as a miniature katana. There is no hilt and makes hardly any sound when unsheathed. The sheathe and handle are black and the blade is about 9” and is attached to his arm.
- A tonfa looking weapon that instead of wood for blocking blows and attacking it has a blade.
Attacks – The method of gunfire is completely based around the gauntlets. Positioning all things but his hands in the least common rate of return fire creating an almost impossible chance of him getting hit by gunfire. When he is involved in battle with a gunfighters he just takes the same method without trying to block things with his gauntlets. For melee combat he has a different style. Based on trajectories he can block bullets a lot of the time but it isn’t perfect because it is based on his reaction time. Mainly in melee-to-melee combat he attempts to capitalize on parrying blows.
Biography – Skhi was born a product of genetic experimentation trying to improve the human muscle. Instead of imperfect tensions, they tried to exact human movement into not only a straight line but also staying in a straight line for many minutes. The product is Skhi. Instead of his hands and body moving with rough estimates they work with perfect precision and coordinates. However, a lot of training was necessary for him to do simple actions like writing and eating. The United States government was spending a lot of funding on this project without any practical purpose for the life of Skhi; so upon pending training they decided to turn project Skhi into a military action. Though a perfect marksman he was considered far to valuable to put in the front lines. A new direction was desired, considering his background he was a math genius, capable of doing difficult trajectories in mere seconds. This made him a perfect candidate for artillery combat. When Skhi was 18 he did some artillery work for the Iraq war and was a great success.
He was such a great success that the military decided that more of project Skhi was needed. So they wanted to create another individual like Skhi, and turn project Skhi into a military ops project. However before it could be taken into the final steps a humanitarian group by the name of S.P.C.T.R.U.M, (Special, Preferential, Circumstantial Treatment of Radical United Movements) who in the past dealt with issues like women equality and segregation, found out about project Skhi and told the government to halt the project and release Skhi from military duty or they would go public with this highly illegal activity. The government obliged and released him into the care of S.P.C.T.R.U.M. He was released into the world soon enough where he didn’t fit in at all, until he started to meet some interesting creatures called women. They fascinated him to no end, for he had never seen many in his life. The government had given him a substantial amount of money that he decided to spend on a better education. Colleges jumped to try to get the military man in their programs and he attended USC and obtained a degree in Mathematics. He went on to graduate school and finally got his doctorate in Mathematics. He taught math for a few years at USC before creating a new mathematical theory that he won the Nobel Prize for. At the age of 33 he was not only had a doctorate and was an accomplished mathematician but had also won the Nobel Prize.
The government had seen him in the public eye once again and was very intrigued. England had just invaded Poland and started a Third World War, which was called the War of the Supers at the time. Nuclear missile defense technology worked perfectly and wars were fought with soldiers and tanks once again. The government had been trying to get an operative deep inside the country of the most turmoil at the time, Poland but due to insubstantial training and ability no infiltration had been possible. Skhi was an interesting prospect being as he did better at any military field test than any living soldier. However the couldn’t break the contract they had with S.P.C.T.R.U.M. so they decided to try to enlist Skhi voluntarily. At first Skhi refused claiming that his work was too important. Finally the operative sent to convince Skhi brought up fate, which left Skhi speechless. Fate is the interest of anyone isolated their whole life, of anyone who is different. Needless to say he had both in spades, fate was also one of his greatest interests.
“Cold words from a man who knows not purpose nor fate. In our world these concepts have far eluded common thought; but must become visible again. I am far from common and perhaps I have misjudged dude to bias. So in order to find what fate had in store, I shall take your offer even if it means my very accursed life.” Finally Skhi told the military operative and was sent to a military camp where he was to be intensely retrained. The place where most government agents and operatives died wasn’t in gun combat, but combat where they were close to the enemy. So the government to try to experiment further with Skhi took on some ancient eastern influence. They trained him for a full year and by the end he was a murder virtuoso. He finally was inserted into Poland where he did quite well, knife combat was his favorite way to kill, for it required the most stealth as well as had the greatest rewards if done correctly. Once caught in a gunfight he blocked many bullets with his sword and went charged foreword at an enemy unsheathed his knife and stabbed it through the man’s rib cage, breaking it into fragments. One largest fragment burst into the man’s heart, making him fall to the floor in agony. As the blade escaped the man’s flesh blood covered almost all in a 2-foot radius and the man loomed back at Skhi’s face until death soon took him. He was also very well accomplished in gun combat and made some shots with a pistol some deemed impossible with a rifle.
Poland was finally taken over by he US and Skhi was no longer needed and they told him they would call on him again if they needed him. Skhi had no intention of returning so he fled to Japan where with his skin complexion he might be able to fit in easily. The Japanese underground mob found out that the famous warrior was staying in Japan and tried to recruit him to their causes. Which he accepted and became an army of his own, finally creating his own faction of organized crime. He became the lord of the Japanese underground. Throughout the course of his reign no man every questioned him; respect and dignity ruled in crime as it did long ago. Quite a paradox I’m sure, how can crime be noble? His whole life Skhi had thought of many things, but one of the most common was his heritage and Japanese influence. His “Mafia of Nobles” as they were referred to commonly ran protection and shunned thievery and death. Skhi after a big gang war with a Chinese mob said, “What is more noble than dying for your cause? Virtue lays at the center these deaths.
How was it that he had gone from famous Mathematician to famous murderer? From government experiment to political puppet? Did he try to avoid fate and this was his aspiration? Or was this his fate all along?
Famous Quote – “Your very life could be gone with the mere movement of my finger, and you could do nothing. You’re only alive because I let you be alive, be courteous to me for I am the frigid hand of death. Only the lives of the cursed and doomed can control the lives of those who aren’t, ironical isn’t it?”
